INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Large Frozen Banana
  • Hand full of frozen or regular blueberries
  • ½ to ¾ cup plant-based milk
  • Heaping spoon of nut butter your choice
  • 1 scoop protein your choice (plant based or whey)

STEPS

Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth and pour into a bowl. Top with chopped, fresh fruit - strawberries, dragonfruit, blueberries, and figs. We’ve also sprinkled some chia seeds and drizzled a little coconut butter overtop!
