Our go-to Granola Smoothie Bowl can’t be beat! There are so many ways to use this recipe - different formats, presentations, and toppings.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Large Frozen Banana
- Hand full of frozen or regular blueberries
- ½ to ¾ cup plant-based milk
- Heaping spoon of nut butter your choice
- 1 scoop protein your choice (plant based or whey)
STEPS
Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth and pour into a bowl. Top with chopped, fresh fruit - strawberries, dragonfruit, blueberries, and figs. We’ve also sprinkled some chia seeds and drizzled a little coconut butter overtop!
