DARK CHOCOLATE OAT BARS

With only 4 ingredients, these pure, Noble Oat bars will remedy your grab-and-go craving for something wholesome and nutritious, no matter the time of day!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag of Noble Peanut Butter Granola (crumbled)
  • ¼ cup date paste
  • 2 generous tablespoons of fresh, creamy peanut butter
  • Dark chocolate

STEPS

Crumble the granola slightly to break up any large pieces. Combine the crumbled granola with the date paste and peanut butter. Pour out the mixture onto a sheet tray and form into a rectangular shape with your hands. Bake at 275 degrees fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes or until the edges start to brown. Let cool completely (you can even put it in the fridge to cool faster). While it’s cooling, melt your favorite dark chocolate (use use 80%+ dark for the rich taste) and spread on top of the cooled granola mixture. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes then sprinkle with fleur de sel salt (optional). Cut and enjoy!

NOTE:
Don't have or like date paste? No worries, you can use a small, ripe, mashed banana instead! Want to change up the nut butter? No problem, use Cashew or Almond butter instead. Want to make it a protein granola bar? Add your favorite plant protein (1 scoop) to the banana version for an amazing, chewy texture.
