No-Bake Cacao Granola Cups
Rich and fudgy, like a brownie, with crunch from the granola and a hint of coconut, these no-bake cacao granola cups are sure to be a hit with the whole family. We drizzled a little coconut butter and cashew butter over the top, then added a splash of color with some fresh strawberries!
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup cacao powder
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup nut butter (we prefer cashew)
- ½ cup date paste
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (or agave)
- (1) 7oz bag Noble Oat granola (crumbled)*
We prefer Toasted Coconut for this one. If you want to use Peanut Butter & Honey, use peanut butter instead of cashew butter!
STEPS
Combine all ingredients, except granola, until smooth. Fold in the crumbled granola. Using a cupcake tin, press each cup about ¾ full with granola mixture. This recipe should make 6-10 cups. Freeze for several hours then decorate with your favorite toppings.
